1. Information You Provide: When you sign up for Togile CRM or use connected services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and account details.
2. Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages visited, and actions performed within the CRM.
3. Device & (CallZap): The CallZap app may access call logs, contacts (to display caller names), SIM and subscription details, phone state, and strictly to enable calling and call-tracking functionality.
All CallZap data remains on your device unless syncing is enabled by your organization.
4. Location Information: Togile CRM may access approximate or precise device location (when permission is granted) to support features like field activity tracking, visit verification, and location-based CRM insights; this data may be securely transmitted to Togile servers for organizational workflows, is not sold or shared with advertisers, and users can disable location access anytime through device settings, though some features may then be limited.
