Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide: When you sign up for Togile CRM or use connected services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and account details.

2. Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages visited, and actions performed within the CRM.

3. Device & (CallZap): The CallZap app may access call logs, contacts (to display caller names), SIM and subscription details, phone state, and strictly to enable calling and call-tracking functionality.

All CallZap data remains on your device unless syncing is enabled by your organization.

Sensitive Permissions & Call Log Data

CallZap requires access to your device's Call Log permissions (READ_CALL_LOG and WRITE_CALL_LOG).

1. What we collect: We collect call metadata, including phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call direction (incoming/outgoing/missed).

2. How we transmit it: This data is uploaded and transmitted to our secure enterprise servers (https://app.togile.com) to be synced with your organization’s Togile CRM account.

3. Background Access: To provide automated enterprise logging, the app accesses call log data even when the app is closed or not in use. This ensures that every business interaction is accounted for in the CRM without requiring manual user input.

4. Core Purpose: This data is used exclusively for the core functionality of automated business communication archiving and audit trails.

How We Use Your Information

1. Providing and Improving the Service: Information is used to operate, maintain, and improve Togile CRM and CallZap functionality.

2. Business Call Tracking: If enabled by your organization, minimal call metadata (phone number, call type, duration, timestamp) may sync with your connected CRM for business reporting.

3. Communications & Support: We may use your email to send service updates or respond to support inquiries. You may opt out of non-essential communications.

Sharing of Information

1. Data Protection & Third Parties: Togile CRM does not sell, rent, or trade your Call Log data to any third-party advertisers or marketing platforms. Your call history is shared only with your employer’s specific CRM instance as part of your professional workflow.

2. Connected Systems Only: We do not sell or share data with advertisers. Information is shared only with systems you explicitly connect to, such as your organization’s CRM.

3. Service Providers: Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, or support purposes.

4. Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal requests.

Your Choices

1. Account Controls: You may update or delete your CRM account information through your account settings.

2. CallZap Permissions: You can manage or revoke CallZap permissions through your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit functionality.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect call log data during transmission to our servers. Call logs are stored in encrypted databases and are only accessible by authorized users within your organization.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. CallZap does not upload personal data unless syncing is enabled by your organization. We do not collect call recordings, full contact lists, messages, device identifiers, or location data.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard safeguards.
